12 Months Warranty Service Details: 
This warranty aims to provide a competialbe service, with same the standard provided by manufacture.
Just like you purchase from a local retailer, with protection provided by local manufacture warranty scheme. 
If your product experience an manufacturer defect, just send it to any manufacture authorized repair center.

  • Parts & labour costs, will be responsible by DIGITALAND.
  • Simply hand over to any local manufacture repair center for warranty service.
  • You do not need to return the item back to our office.
  • Warranty Terms & Condition will be followed by manufacture guideline.

What is warranty scheme is valid for:

  • Warranty is mainly to protect your purchase for any manufacture defect and fault.
  • This warranty is valid for 12 Months start from the day you received the item.
  • Warranty also cover any shipment damage or Dead on Arrival.

What is warranty scheme is invalid for:

  • Any human error caused by misuse, accident or careless handling/storage.
  • Based by water, fungus, temperture or other foreign substance(s), lead a default or fault.
  • Caused by tampering or attempt ot repair, by any persaonl or authority.
  • Software/Firmware/User Data issues that due to upgrade, backup, recovery or re-install of the item.
  • Loss or damage of data (Internal or external memory storage).
  • Abursive or improper using of products not based on manufacture guideline.
  • Unauthorzied Software/Firmware installed or attempt to install on product.
  • Damage cause by fire, impact, theft, accidental/malicious damage.
  • Vandalism, acts of war, corrosion, frost, flooding or any severe weather conditions.
  • Modification to the product (including software/firmware) not authorized by manufacture.
  • Faults caused by shock, fall, sand, dust, dirt, leaky battery.

Warranty Service Procedures:

  • Notify DIGITALAND about your defect product(s).
  • Find the nearest manufacture authorized repair center.
  • Get a quotation from the repair center and send to DIGIATLAND.
  • Quotation should included the defect symptoms of the manufacture defact.
  • DIGITALAND confirmed your warranty request within 2 days.

General Terms:

  • The warranty is not transferable to a third party.
  • Providing product serial number during warranty process, please keep a record of it.
  • Do not return product to DIGITALAND unless a RMA issued.
  • Subject to replacing with same or higher value items for product that is no longer available.
  • Returning shipping cost and insurance is buyer responsbility.
